Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy At Pruitt’s Hair and Beard, I value your time and mine. To keep appointments running smoothly for all clients, please review the following policy: **Late Arrivals:** There is a **15-minute grace period** for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled if there is another appointment scheduled after yours or if there is not enough time to complete your service properly. **No Call / No Show Policy:** If you miss your appointment without contacting me, the following fees will apply: * **First no call/no show:** A fee of **50% of your scheduled service price** will be charged before booking another appointment. * **Second no call/no show:** The **full service price** will be charged before any future appointments can be scheduled.
